Parking Policy

 

• There is no parking on Estate roads.
   

• Resident, Visitor & Trade permits allow occasional parking on the roads where there is no space on the owners driveway. However they do not permit regular or habitual parking on the roads.
   

• Regular & Habitual parking on our roads is not allowed, and where it is found to be the case it will be recorded and subsequently a PCN will be issued.
  
  To assist in keeping the Estate roads clear please can residents ask neighbours if they can park on their drive for occasional  additional parking.
