The Lobster Pot Cafe, is located at the end of Canning road right on the promenade in Felpham. A good selection of freshly cooked food is available as well as a selection of tea’s and coffee, and other beverages. When the weather is favourable, the Lobster Pot has plenty of tables and chairs available outside, providing the perfect view of the sea.

The China Inn Chinese restuaruant offers an excellent selection of chinese food. With a good sized restaurant and pleasent surroundings, they also provide a takeaway service.
From Jonathan and Kevin: A great place to eat. Regular meal, before theatre or Special Event. The Dining Room in Chichester on North Street. Very Eeegant, but lovely charm and wonderful owner, charming hostesses and waiters, great food, and the restaurant is really sort of three in one. The Dining Room - a Georgian style restaurant with elegance, the Champagne Bar ideal for social gatherings and quick meets, or the new Tapas Bar restaurant...again a great menu and ideal food. A 5 star restaurant worth a visit time and again.
This striking restaurant on Littlehampton beach is fantastic. OK - it IS owned by my daughter’s sister-in-law - but that’s an objective opinion nonetheless. The architect designed building is a piece of public art. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The location is unique. Booking advised strongly for dinner, you can’t book lunches so arrive early! Info on http://www.eastbeachcafe.co.uk Neil Chisman
[From Justin Kracke July 2007] I would recommend the Royal Norfolk Hotel. As we all know the Hotel is a land mark and until recently was a run-down, out-dated shambles. The company that now owns it has spent an absolute fortune on it and it is well worth a visit. They have refurbished all the rooms; there is a new restaurant and even a new coffee shop inside. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Check out the web site for details. http://www.royalnorfolkhotel.com
[From Justin Kracke July 2007] You must also go and try fish and chips at the Village Fryery, Felpham Road. Barry, a good friend of mine, has recently taken over and refurbished it. He is the best chippy in Sussex. 01243 821154
